Hi, my name is Cheryl and I am the proprietor and artist of Artlocke Designs.

I first discovered polymer clay when I was a child and absolutely loved it. I spent a lot of time creating cartoon models as gifts for friends and family. Art has always being my passion; I attended Art school and college where I studied mixed media, sculpture work, painting and photography.

My cake topper business initially started from a handmade card enterprise I started in 2004.

I enjoyed making these little fimo models on the cards so I decided to make 3D bride & grooms for weddings. Through word of mouth such demand was built up I made personalised wedding cake toppers full time.

The personalised cake toppers are made from polymer clay and are hand made from scratch - no moulds are used. Once fired in the oven they turn into a hard plastic material and will last many many years. This would make a lovely keepsake after your wedding day.

I will make your cake topper from your details - you can have anything you wish! They stand approx 5" high. The couple will be placed on a fimo base in the colour of your choice for extra stability. You can have your names & wedding dates on it - this is free of charge.

Your wedding topper can be in any pose. For example - sitting, dancing, holding hands, etc. Once I have your details I will send photos of the mini people unbaked, incase you would like me to make any minor changes for you before baking, then I will send you photos of the completed topper for your approval before dispatch.
