Placing an order
1.Availability
We require as much notice as possible - we are usually booked up at least 6 months in advanced.
Please email or fill out the form below to check availability.

2. Booking your slot in our diary
If you would like to order a cake topper please fill out this form or email artlockedesigns@googlemail.com
We will get back to you as soon as possible confirming availability and price.
Full payment is required to secure your place in the diary.
If you don't receive a response within 24 hours please email artlockedesigns@googlemail.com
3. Paying for your order
Once we have received your email with what you would like to order and you are happy with the total price, we will then send an invoice to you through Paypal.
After payment is received your slot will be secured in our diary and we will send you a questionnaire for you to fill out with all the required details needed to start production of your cake topper.
4. Photos of your topper before firing
When the topper is made photos will be sent to you through email to check if everything is okay before baking them.
As soon as your topper is completed we will send you photos for your approval before posting them out to you.
