To order your cake topper
1. Availability
To order your personalised topper, it's best to check my availability for your wedding date in the first instance. My diary gets booked up quickly, especially for the summer months.
Finalised details are not required until 5 weeks before your wedding day.
Please email me at artlockedesigns@googlemail.com or text 07480295787 with your wedding date and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
2. Paying for your order
As soon as I have received the confirmation to go ahead with your order, I will send you an invoice through PayPal.
Please note, you don't need a PayPal account to pay and payment can be made with a debit or credit card.
I also accept bank transfer, if you prefer this method.
After payment is received your slot will be secured in my diary and I will send you a questionnaire form for completion. I will begin creating your topper 4 weeks in advance of your wedding day, this way you have plenty of time to finalise all the details and any last minute changes, such as, a change of hairstyle or clothing then can easily be incorporated.
3. Photos of your topper before baking
Once I have created your topper, I will send you pre-baking approval photos through email (I will let you know the date to expect the pre-baked photos once you have returned your completed questionnaire form and photos to me).
This way you can check if everything is how you would it before baking. If so, I will bake the topper and add all the finishing touches to the design.
I will then send you photos of the finished topper for your final approval before dispatch.
4. Packed and dispatched
Your topper will be wrapped very carefully in white tissue paper before it's placed in a double walled cardboard box and filled with packing peanuts. This box gets placed into another double walled cardboard box filled with packing peanuts for maximum protection.
I will send your topper using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Your topper will arrive the next working day by 1pm, this is guaranteed for UK mainland destinations.
Once your topper is posted I'll send you a confirmation email with the tracking details for your parcel.
