Wedding Toppers

What are the cake toppers made from?
Each topper is handmade from polymer clay and baked to harden. It is a decorative keepsake and is not edible.

Can you include our pets, children or hobbies?
Yes, pets, additional people and props can be included. Send me a brief description of your ideas and I’ll confirm what’s possible and provide a quote.

Can you make vehicles?
I don’t currently offer vehicles, but you’re welcome to contact me about other props or personal details.

How big are the cake toppers?
Couple toppers are approximately 13cm tall, with a base around 10-11cm in diameter. Adding pets, children or props may require a larger base. If your cake maker needs a specific base size, please let me know when ordering.

Ordering and Payment

How soon should I place my order?
It’s best to get in touch once you know your wedding date, as availability is limited.

Can I book before choosing my outfits and flowers?
Yes! You can secure your booking before your details are finalised. I only need your completed questionnaire and photos five weeks before your wedding.

Do you take a deposit?

Full payment secures your booking. Once payment is received, I’ll send you a questionnaire to complete.

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payment through a PayPal invoice or by bank transfer.

How do I send my questionnaire and photos?

You can send your completed questionnaire and photos by email or WhatsApp.

Will I see my topper before it’s posted?
Yes. I’ll email photos for you to approve before baking, followed by photos of your finished topper before dispatch.

Can I cancel my wedding topper order?
I offer a full refund if you cancel at least one month before your wedding day, or your departure date if you're travelling beforehand.

Pet Keepsakes

Do you make pet keepsakes without a wedding couple?
Yes! I create personalised cat and dog keepsakes from your photos, suitable for gifts, special occasions or remembering a much-loved pet.

Which poses can you make for pet keepsakes?
My stand-alone cat and dog keepsakes are available in sitting or lying poses.

How big are the pet keepsakes?

Sitting cat and dog keepsakes are approximately 4 inches (10cm) tall. Dimensions vary slightly depending on the breed and pose.

What photos do you need of my pet?

Clear photos showing your cat or dog's face, colouring and markings are ideal. Photos from the front, sides and back are helpful along with a close-up showing their eye colour.

Can you include a collar or favourite toy?

Yes, a collar or favourite toy can add a lovely personal touch. Send me a photo and I'll confirm what's possible and any additional cost.

When will I receive my pet keepsake?

Please let me know if you need your keepsake for a particular date. I'll confirm availability and an estimated delivery time frame before you book.

Delivery

When will I receive my wedding cake topper?
I make toppers in wedding date order and aim for yours to arrive around two to three weeks before your wedding. If you’re travelling beforehand, please let me know your departure date when booking.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
I currently only post within the UK.

How is my topper packaged?
Your topper is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and packed in two boxes with protective cushioning.

What if my topper arrives damaged?
Please contact me as soon as possible with photos of your topper and its packaging. Keep the packaging and contact me before attempting any repairs so I can advise on the next steps.

Care and Display

How should I store my topper before the wedding?

Keep your topper in its protective packaging somewhere dry and secure, away from heat and direct sunlight. When unpacking, lift it carefully by the base rather than the figures or delicate details.

How should I display my topper?
Keep your topper somewhere secure, away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. A glass dome or display case can help protect it from dust.

How do I clean my topper or pet keepsake?

Gently remove dust with a soft, dry brush. Take extra care around the delicate details such as flowers, whiskers and accessories. Avoid soaking it or using cleaning products.

Will my topper last?
Your topper is designed to be treasured for many years. Treat it as a delicate ornament and handle it carefully, supporting the base.
