To order your cake topper

1. Availability

To order your personalised topper, it's best to check my availability for your wedding date first. My diary fills up quickly during the summer months.

Finalised details are not required until 5 weeks before your wedding day.

Please email me at artlockedesigns@googlemail.com or text 07480295787 with your wedding date and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

2. Paying for your order

As soon as I have received the confirmation to go ahead with your order, I will send you an invoice through PayPal.

Please note, you don't need a PayPal account to pay, and payment can be made with a debit or credit card.

I also accept bank transfer if you prefer this method.

After payment is received your slot will be secured in my diary and I will send you a questionnaire form to complete. I will begin creating your topper 4 weeks before your wedding day, giving you plenty of time to finalise any details. Last minute changes, such as a change of hairstyle or clothing, can still be incorporated at this stage.

3. Photos of your topper before baking

Once I have created your topper, I will send you pre-baking approval photos through email. I will let you know the date to expect these once you have returned your completed form and photos to me.

This allows you to check that everything looks as you would like it before baking. If you are happy with the photos, I will bake the topper and add all the finishing touches to the design.

I will then send you photos of the finished topper for your final approval before dispatch.

4. Packed and dispatched

Your topper will be wrapped very carefully in white tissue paper before it is placed into a cardboard box and filled with packing peanuts. This box is then placed inside another cardboard box with extra packing peanuts for maximum protection.

I will send your topper using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Your topper will arrive the next working day by 1pm, guaranteed for UK mainland destinations.

Once your topper is posted, I'll send you a confirmation email with the tracking details for your parcel.
